What services does NOTIVA CLEAN offer?
Commercial cleaning and janitorial services for offices, medical and professional facilities, retail spaces, and local businesses, plus scheduled valet trash service for apartment communities and multifamily properties.
Who performs the on-site commercial cleaning?
NOTIVA CLEAN operates commercial cleaning as a managed service: we own the client relationship, scheduling, scope, quality control and coordination, while qualified local cleaning professionals perform the on-site work.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Commercial cleaning can be scheduled early morning, evenings or overnight so your team, customers and tenants are not disrupted.
How does valet trash work for our community?
Residents place secured trash outside their doors during the scheduled collection window. NOTIVA CLEAN collects it and carries it to the property's designated dumpster or compactor, with clear communication for property management.
Who provides the valet trash service?
Valet trash is currently owner-operated during our initial phase, with service quality directly managed by NOTIVA CLEAN.
Do service providers bring their own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Providers arrive with the products and equipment needed for the booked service. If your facility has product or compliance requirements, tell us beforehand and we will accommodate them.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the property type, size, service, current condition and frequency. You always receive a clear scope and price before booking.
How do I reschedule or change my service?
Contact your NOTIVA CLEAN manager as early as you can and we will adjust the schedule or scope to the next available slot that works for you.
